Troubleshooting on calls (either on phone OR remotely using tools as CF1, Dameware ; troubleshooting on client level messaging environment & advance messaging protocols. Understanding of networking terminology / topology & current market products.

Salary:INR 90,000 - 1,75,000 P.A. Growth Path
