Job Description:
· Installation of GPS hardware in customer vehicles as required
· Establish and maintain product service and support setup
· Analyze and resolve customer queries with a TAT of 24 hours
· Maintain spares and demo units inventory
· Support local sales teams in technical queries for customers and corporate
