Customer Support Engineer

Job Description:

1.    Installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware.

2.   System formatting/ Installing the anti-virus drivers and softwares and manage troubleshooting calls and Configuring and troubleshooting of Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook

3.   To manage Hardware/ Software and networking problems.

4.   Ability to analyse the troubleshooting and close the assigned calls in a limited time frame.
