Job Description:

The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist is to build strong relationships with and deliver excellent resourcing services to the ECS team in line with agreed service levels. The candidate will report to the Head of HR and be responsible for the end to end staffing process from requisition creation to On-boarding.

The successful candidate will handle full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of professional,technical and administrative positions. Primary responsibilities involve partnering with hiring supervisors to effectively source, recruit, evaluate, interview, and select top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs as requested by the Head of Resourcing, Account Directors and Service Delivery Executives.
