US Inbound Customer Service:
· To handle International Inbound Calls.
· Resolve customer queries with in the assigned TAT.
· Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
· Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
· A certain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
