Brief description of the role:
This Technical Contact Centre position requires day-to-day involvement in the routine response to incoming technical and general inquiries generated by customer support calls for Wolters Kluwer Asia Pacific products and services. The product and services supported may be from any of the CCH Operating companies across the Asia Pacific Region, i.e.Australia, New Zealand and Asia. To be successful in the role you must possess a strong understanding of database fundamentals and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex scripts and logs.
