Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

·        Testing issues reported by customers in our web applications (RightAnswers Unified Knowledge Platform - RA UKP),verifying source of issues, escalating any defects and /or providing resolution/work around.

·        Refer to our knowledge base to find any resolution. Where no resolution is found, write knowledge articles into our knowledge base.

·        Web application debugging (Java environment) to identify application issues.
