 5-8years’ experience in .NET Technologies, Experience in .NET 3.5 & above (Visual Studio 2008/10), XML, MS SQLServer 2005/2008, Experience in High Level and Low Level design of Webapplications using .NET, Must have in depth understanding of the SDLC, Abilityto interact with customer to understand requirements and document them,Preparation of design documents, functional specs, coding, unit testing, Goodarticulation and communication skills? Ability to work independently and managea team of 4-5, Candidate should be able to start development with minimumguidance in 1 week time
