Job Description:

Job Responsiblities:

·        Reconciliation of Pan India IT Asset with the finance book.

·        Handling all others activity of Service Desk.

·        Coordinate with Engineer for all requests. Also worked in SAP System.

·        Vendor Co - Ordination: - Coordinating with vendors for new Asset Delivery & follow up for Installations.

·        Create Hardware asset database by recording information pertaining to hardware updation of Configuration details,serial number, AMC details and warranty in SAP.
