Job Description:

We are looking out for talented and dynamic candidate for the Technical Support L1 / L2 – Mac OS position of for ZMSPL - Continuum.

Desired candidate:

·        Working experience on any Macintosh 10.5.x, 10.6x,10.7.x

·        Experience working in MAC OS troubleshooting

·        Should have experience on Linux Commands and Linux OS.

·        General understanding of working with in the internet environment

·        Must have a passion for troubleshooting client problems and   satisfying customer needs

·        Good written & oral communication skills

·        Confidence & positive attitude

·        Able to proactively and independently resolve issues, yet also function well with in a team.
