EDP Support:

·        Hardware - Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Implementation.

·        Software - Installation,Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Implementation

·        Network - Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Implementation

·        Internet - Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Upgradation

·        Server Support - Maintain 95% of Up time(IDC and Corp Office Servers)

·        Desktop Support - Support for the Laptops/Desktops in Office and Factories

·        UPS - UPS Maintanance co-ordinatng with Office Admin
