Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

·        New product development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, design of experiments, prototype development and testing.

·        Review and revise product formulations for quality upgrading and cost effectiveness.

·        Support to polymer Laboratory Activities on Bench marking, Chemical analysis on new products & quality issues by using various instruments like FTIR, DMA, DSC, TGA, SEM, UTM….. etc.

·        Providing sound technical inputs & engineering support to the team from conception to completion stage of the new product.

·        Technical inputs to the operation team for improving the efficiency and as well as reducing the wastage.
