Customer Support Engineer
Job Description:
1. Installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware.
2. System formatting/ Installing the anti-virus drivers and softwares and manage troubleshooting calls and Configuring and trouble shooting of Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook
3. To manage Hardware/ Software and networking problems.
4. Ability to analyse the troubleshooting and close the assigned calls in a limited time frame.

Acts as liaison between project team members,customers, and installation team to ensure projects are implemented seamlessly.Investigates and resolves hardware and software incidents, performs root cause analysis to identify underlying problems, monitors and optimizes infrastructure performance, and manages backups. Communicates effectively with customers to ensure problems are understood and resolved. Maintains support documentation and asset and configuration data repositories.
