Job Description:
· Identify potential Financial Consultants (Insurance Agents) based on agreed profiles and ensure recruitment in accordance with the business plan.
· Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products
· Monitor and review agents’ performance.Help them achieve maximum business
· Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
· Set targets for consultants (Agents / Advisors),review their performance & consistently raise them.
Preference will be given to the candidates who are from same city since long time with good links & contacts with the people, so that they can build up their own team in a short span of time. Top/good insurance advisor/ Agent of any insurance companies are welcome.
