Job Description:
· Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process, call taking profile.
· Providing Enterprise Service Desk support for issues with desktops, printers, applications etc.
· Providing Support for IT Infrastructure Client, troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, and Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN and Blackberry.
· Basic computing skills.
· Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred.
