Technical Support Manager

Job Description:

·        Performs a technical presales role for IT solution and system integration in an IT hardware industry.

·        Delivers high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements. Performs many assigned technical tasks including study, analysis, design and system integration.

·        Provides analytical ability and creativity in solution architecting and system integration for medium/large customer IT projects.

·        Assists and, on occasion, is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and provide the technical knowledge in the sale of hardware and software infrastructure solutions.
