Assistant Manager
Job Description:
· Provide Service Delivery to the internal clients
· Provide technical leadership (typically 90%) managerial leadership and (typically 10%)
· Production Support - takeover for new applications
· Manage all high impact, critical problems/risks
· Planning / Solution designing on handling Capacity growth
