Roles and Responsibilities: TWS, Prod Ops Support, Platform Support, Infra Storage Administration
Skill and Job Requirements:
· Prod Ops Support (L2)-Monitor the jobs, Running Jobs on Adhoc Basis (Unscheduled), Killing / Re-Running of Jobs,Trouble shooting the job failures. Should have knowledge on Prod Ops environment. Scheduling the Jobs. Scripting / Automation of Minor Tasks, Working knowledge on Backup / Batch Tool. Installation & Configuration of the Tool. Vendor coordination. Report generation and job management.
