Job Description:
We need a person who answers the phone calls intended for our U.S. based office. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (IST).
You will be answering the calls from our office located in Hyderabad.
We are an IT support company, so in addition to answering the phone calls, taking messages and routing the calls to the appropriate personell, you are also required to be the level I tech support,diagnosing the issues remotely, deciding on severity of the issue and thenre-routing the call as needed to the appropriate U.S. based personnel.
