Job Description:

Experience:

·        6 months to 2 yrs experience in Intel Server suppor t and windows support.

·        Hands on experience in ticketing tools like REMEDY etc.

·        Exposure to handling customer queries through phone, chat and mail.

·        should be to work in shifts.
