Experience handling operations of technical support function.

Specifically service area related to IT infrastructure support with emphasis on network, servers,application monitoring and analyzing with Level 1 / Level 2 or more.

Understand Technical Support Center Metrics.

Highly Dynamic/Pro-Active, Charming Personality, No Attitude Issues

Thorough knowledge of operation management, including but not limited to people management, performance management and process control.
