Job Description:

Responsibilities:

·        Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.

·        Diagnose reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solution.

·        Discuss and troubleshoot issues reported by client/end customers and respond back to client with solution/resolution.
