·        Experience withMicrosoft .net and/or Java development

·        Experience withsoftware development lifecycle

·        Experience with codemanagement, version control and code dependency control

·        Adequate knowledge ofSQL and relational databases

·        Adequate knowledgewith procedural database languages like PL/SQL

·        Ideally experiencewith RedPrarie development environment

·        Basic knowledge ofUnix and Window operating system
