Job Description:

·        Would be handling the Reservation Process for one of the Multi National Hotel Chain.

·        Display empathy/ understanding/ concern towards customers

·        Be fluent in free speech -Predominantly English

·        Wants to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty

·        Is able to communicate clearly

·        Is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers
