Job Description:

·        Customer Front Line for Trouble Reporting

·        Trouble Ticket Assignment to different technical teams
    
·        Escalation Management

·        First & Second Trouble shooting for Voice Complaints

·        First Level Trouble shooting for IP/Transposrt Layer Issue

·        Voip/IP.

Salary:INR 50,000 - 1,25,000 P.A
