Job Description:

We are looking for senior support engineer who provides technical support for Amazon employees around the world. The team resolves escalations from the Helpdesk and handles complex system administration tasks with in Active Directory, LDAP, SharePoint,and Exchange.

Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving escalations related to Office applications, Exchange email, Blackberry and VPN as well as providing support for SharePoint, Accounts and Permissions and Printing.
