Customer Support Engineer

Job Description:

Technical Support Engineer plays key role in supporting IT infrastructure in HYD Amazon sites.

This position act as a leader of the HYD IT team(covering several sites) as well as technical escalation point, thus we expect successful candidate to possess senior level knowledge on systems and networks, as well as leadership.

Therefore this position requires a person with wide and overall knowledge in local area networking, client OS, Linux, Windows and Active Directory network, and SIP system (but not limited to them).
