Customer Support Engineer

Job Description:

·        Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science /Electronic or equivalent

·        Sound Knowledge in either Windows Operating Systems or Linux/Unix and basic knowledge of network security

·        Experience in customer support environment would be advantageous

·        Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation skills, customer service, and trouble shooting skills are required for this position
